Spicy Soy Sauce 250ml: Spicy Soy Sauce is our adaptation of the classic soy sauce. Chef Hiroshi has added ginger, garlic, chilli pepper and Korean chilli paste to the basic soy sauce recipe to create a sauce that accompanies any meat, fish or vegetable. It's a mildly spicy sauce so, if you like a little extra heat in your cooking, we suggest you try our special Spicy Soy Sauce!
Teriyaki Soy Sauce 250ml: Teriyaki is an essential ingredient in Japanese cuisine and an established favourite flavour. Our teriyaki sauce contains konbu seaweed from Hokkaido. The Hokkaido seaweed is famous in Japan and is also used in Japanese sake.

For over 20 years Hiroshi Sudo worked as chef, then Head Chef at Matsuri, one of the most popular Japanese restaurants in London. He has provided catering experiences for VIP clients that include embassies, Formula 1 World Championship teams, The Japanese Olympic Committee and 2012 London Olympics athletics teams. Hiroshi is also a popular guest on television shows in Japan and has appeared as a guest on Heston Blumenthal’s programme 'In Search of Perfection'.
