Simon's Marmalade 227g: Simon's Marmalade is a full flavoured, tangy Seville orange and lemon marmalade with caramel undertones and evenly distributed small chunks of peel. The secret is to cook the fruit slowly at a lower temperature and to caramelise some of the sugars prior to setting, this gives it the rich dark and tangy flavour.
Simon's Marmalade Gin Liqueur 20cl: Simon's Marmalade Gin Liqueur is made by infusing a London dry gin with Simon's rich, dark and tangy marmalade, producing an orange, zesty liqueur that can be drunk on its own, with ice or prosecco or in a cocktail. It also works well as an accompaniment to a pudding, poured on a good vanilla ice cream or as a digestif.

Simon's Table is a small artisan food business based in picturesque South Norfolk and run by husband and wife Simon and Nicola. Simon and Nicola are proud to bring to your table a disparate group of products that are special and different to what you might find on the market elsewhere. Ingredients, where ever possible are sourced locally and of the highest quality. Production waste is minimal and even the remaining pith and pips from the marmalade production are composted.
