Sauvignon Blanc French White Wine by Domaine Bablut 75cl 12.5% ABV

The Domaine de Bablut is located in the Coteaux de l'Aubance region, a wine-growing area located at the southern gates of Angers, south of the Loire. The vineyards cover an area of ​​just over 50 hectares. Their philosophy is the harmony between terroir and grape variety, where importance is placed on the vine being in harmony with the land where it grows and the environment where it flourishes. In 1993, a biodynamic test in the vineyard lead to the conversion to organic farming of the entire vineyard in 1996 out of respect for the plant, the terroir, the rivers, their staff and the consumer.

Domaine Bablut Sauvignon is a very nice, fresh and crisp organic white wine. The grapes are picked by hand and there has been no artificial sprays or chemicals used in the vineyard. Made in small quantities. You will taste the difference in quality with a lovely acidic backbone sitting behind flavours of gooseberry, grapefruit and peach.

Pair this wine with pecorino cheese or a pad thai with a bit of fresh chilli.
