There are several varieties of mint. Our Peppermint Spice Drops have the authentic peppermint flavour - the mint used for sweet dishes and confectionery, such as ice-cream and peppermint creams.

Why not try? Peppermint Creams: 225g icing sugar, 1 egg white lightly beaten, 10 drops Peppermint Spice Drops. Sift icing sugar, add drops to half the egg white and mix egg with icing sugar to form thick paste. Roll to desired thickness and use a cutter or roll into balls. Allow to dry.
Spice Drops mix easily with your chosen food and drink. We match the proportion of emulsifier to each concentrated spice extract. Water soluble. Fat soluble. Emulsifier is derived from plants.
