Similar to Blue English, but perhaps slightly tangier with regards to its “blue” flavour, and the eye appeal of those blue flecks, to create an authentic look, reminiscent of French cheese.
Really, you can use it in similar ways to the Blue English Sheese and substitute this in any dairy-based recipes calling for Blue cheese.
