Bath Culture House's Activated Charcoal soft, cultured plant-based cheese is the culmination of the experiments of an ex-dairy cheesemaker! If you've never tried properly cultured vegan cheese before, this is a great place to start. It's gorgeously simple; a straight-talking alternate to soft Goats cheese. We use fermented organic cashew nuts that contain plenty of minerals such as magnesium and iron. Because of the fermentation process, this product has a variety of 'good', friendly bacteria to help keep your immune system fit & fighting.

We like to support local businesses as much as possible, so buy our vegetables from local suppliers including The Community Farm. Our packaging is 100% plastic-free and has been chosen for the products we make to remain as fresh as possible - like with our cardboard vegan cheese 'tubs', which allow the cheese to 'breathe' properly. Furthermore, we use a 'Tintoretto' type label which contains no plastic at all, to label our products.
