About the Producer

Our Founder, Dom, is a Nutritionist with a passion for healthy snacking. With modern society hungry for healthy convenience, Dom wanted to 'evolve' the way we snack on fruit and veg while on-the-go.

Through the magical process of freeze-drying, inspired by NASAs use in space, Evolved can preserve the taste, texture, colour and nutritional value of fresh fruit, without adding any junk ingredients. By dicing our fruit into little bite-size pieces, the results looks a lot like candy, gives the same light crunch of popcorn, while delivering the delicious taste and natural goodness of fresh fruit!
