Our Story

Our sauces are organic, vegan and gluten free made from traditional recipes, blended in a modern way. It is our passion to showcase the amazing cuisine China has to offer.

Thomas Middleton and Meiling Liu founded the company in May 2018 to make Chinese sauces that were of great flavour and quantity to show Europe the amazing food and flavours of China.
