Eponine is an independent British chocolatier dedicated to crafting the very best in luxury chocolate and confectionery.

Our Story

Eponine was founded by husband and wife team, Chris & Natalie, with the aim of producing the very best in modern British chocolate and confectionery. Both are totally self-taught, having swapped careers in science to focus on their passion for fine chocolate.

All Eponine products are crafted by hand in small batches in our kitchen just outside of Manchester. We are dedicated to using the highest quality, ethically sourced ingredients in our chocolates, with no artificial flavours or preservatives to mask their incredible flavour. Combining these with skill, passion and a touch of artistic flair, we create chocolates of unparalleled taste and beauty.

Our first chocolate collection was launched in 2015, and the following year we were named “Rising Star” at the prestigious Academy of Chocolate Awards. Since then, Eponine has gone from strength to strength, earning over 50 international awards, and a reputation for producing some the UK's finest and most luxurious chocolates.
