Our Story

I’m Thea, founder of Eight Thirty! Being a commuter, I was time poor in the mornings. I never had time to create a nice breakfast so ended up with the same bland porridge or yogurt every day. I needed a way to add flavour to the healthy base foods I chose. It needed to be natural, quick and simple, most of all delicious. That's how Eight Thirty was formed. I saw a lack of flavour choices. Breakfast was just fuel for most and it was lacking in variety and natural flavour.

We make all natural freeze-dried food powder blends. Each of our blends is made from the best ingredients, blended into unique flavours, which can be stirred into a host of bland base food products. We use only 100% natural ingredients, most of which are organic. We use recyclable packaging. Our blends last for up to a year so there is little food waste.
