Dillon Organic is a small family run business making delicious organic, gluten free, low carb breads.

Our Story

We are Dillon Organic, a brand focused on making delicious tasting bread that helps keep you fuller for longer, and replaces the need to reach for a high carb loaf with a healthy, keto based alternative.

Unlike many low carb breads, we never use additives, thickeners or emulsifiers and stay away from added gluten and eggs. Instead, we use natural, plant based ingredients such as flaxseeds, sunflower seeds and psyllium husk to bind the bread together.

Mission
To help people sustain energy throughout the day by reducing their reliance on carbs. We believe a diet high in carbohydrates, particularly refined carbs, can lead to blood sugar imbalances and thus poor concentration, mood swings and weight gain. By adopting a keto or low glycaemic load (GL) diet, or even a hybrid of both, we can improve our health, lose weight and avoid autoimmune diseases.
