Our Story

Founded by husband and wife Tom and Lucy, Bitter Union was inspired by the great American cocktail tradition and the plethora of cocktail bitters found there.

We make our bitters by infusing botanicals and fruit into alcohol. There's no added sugar or anything artificial added. Just drop a few dashes into your favourite drink to add a beautiful aromatic twist and a touch of bitterness.

Bitters are traditionally used in cocktails to balance flavours and add complexity but we want you to Rethink Your Drink! Make the ultimate G&T or create a low alcohol alternative by adding to soft drinks for a botanical, adult twist.

Our bitters appeal to cocktail lovers, ginthusiasts or those going for a low and no alcohol alternative.
