Our Story

Hi! I'm Lydia aka the one woman business; 'A Nutritionist's Kitchen'. I'm a qualified Nutritionist and Chef with a very sweet tooth! Healthy living and nutritional science are my main interests in life, but baking is my real passion! I've turned this passion into full-time work from home and supply several cafes around London (Triyoga Soho and Chelsea, High mood food, Leafwild cafe, Portobello juice cafe, Kin cafe, Day rooms cafe and Brew and wild).

My range is always refined sugar free, plant based and gluten free. Coming from a nutritional therapy background I always use natural, whole food ingredients and organic when possible. I insist on always using recyclable, biodegradable/compostable and plastic free packaging.

Made to order in small batches using whole food, plant based ingredients. Always in recyclable packaging.
