Meracinque is a small family business run by 5 Italian sisters specialising in an authentic range of rice based products. We grow the rice on our family land focusing on high quality and sustainability thanks to 4.0 farming techniques.

Our Story

We are ​5 Italian sisters,​ madly in love with healthy and tasty Italian food. Our dad has been growing top quality Micronatural Carnaroli Rice for over 40 years on our family land: we recently took on the challenge of creating our new brand of rice products including our delicious Risotto-Kit.

The ​brand reflects our story: 5 girls, developing the future of our family business with great focus on high ​quality​ and ​sustainability.​ Our ​vision is to embrace the actual wave of positive change and strong interest of consumers in the food industry changing the perception of rice as a commodity brining quality, traceability and well-being to the mass market. Simplicity is key. And we aim to bring simplicity to everyone table, in term of quality, taste and experience.

Our Carnaroli Rice is the best variety for risotto and rice salads. Rice is such a simple staple - the trick is all about quality - the top one will make such a big difference in the kitchen! Thanks to 4.0 farming techniques we achieved ​a unique product that will keep its ‘al dente’ bite. 100% traceable from seed to packaging.

We keep the seasoning separated from the rice to preserve the quality of the single ingredients.We are among the 1% of Italian producers that use 4.0 Farming techniques, using drones and the most innovative supports to reach environmental, economic and agronomic​ ​sustainability.We only select 100% premium Italian ingredients.All our products are gluten and glutamate free and suitable for vegetarians.
