Our Story

John and Elena met whilst working for the legendary Tony Booth, a purveyor of fine fruits and vegetables to the trade and retail. They set up their own business within what many consider to be the UK's finest food hub, Spa Terminus in South East London.

Using their expertise, they have developed a unique supply chain, sourcing directly from the best farmers and markets in Italy, France and Kent, the garden of England. Best in class fruit and vegetables are also sourced from other parts of Britain and the continent.

The high standard of fruit and vegetables that are available from John and Elena has proved a magnet for retail customers and restaurants in London. This level of quality and freshness is not available at supermarkets anywhere in the UK.

When you visit the arch in Spa Terminus on a Saturday, you are always likely to see food writers and top chef's stocking up on seasonal delights for the week.
