Etai Organic is based in idyllic Guernsey, a beautiful islet off the coast of France, and we make salt. Inspired by our archipelago islands; from the crystal clear waters of Belvoir in Herm to the rustic cliffscape of Sark and the wondrous west coast waves of Guernsey - we have created a range of sea salt infusions to tickle your taste buds.

Our Story

We started Étaï Organic in early 2018 with the idea of creating something both beautiful and delicious with the wondrous ocean we're surrounded by. Sea salt is also a part of our island's history and something we want to bring back in a new and exciting way.

As you can probably tell we make sea salt and sea salt infusions, all of which are hand harvested from the waters surrounding Guernsey. Once the beautiful salt crystals have formed we add our delectable flavours, allowing them to permeate the salt, giving them their distinct colour and taste.

From pure sea salt to sundried tomato and roast garlic we are sure you will find an infusion to suit your tastes, and if you can't decide on just one why not get another?
