Our Story

Cinema Coffee Project is a boutique coffee roastery founded by husband and wife, Gareth and Laura Chambers. The journey began in a 1940s art deco cinema in the seaside village of Carlingford, Ireland.

We source the highest quality coffees from around the world and roast in small batches to create unique and interesting blends. We continually seek out new coffee experiences and travel extensively in search of the best. For us, coffee is a way of life and every day is a new opportunity for learning and exploring.
