Chufa World is a small family run business specialising in an authentic range of organic, fair-trade and sustainably sourced Tigernut (Chufa) products.

Our Story

Who are we?
We started Chufa World in 2017 to share our love of Tigernuts, a small, allergen-free root vegetable with the UK.

Tigernuts are a natural prebiotic and are jam packed with nutrients such as amino acids, fibre and Omegas 3, 6 and 9 to name but a few. They are also free from gluten, dairy, nuts and soy making them extra awesome for people with diabetes, coeliac disease or food intolerances/allergies.

At Chufa World, we believe food should not only do you some good but taste delicious too, so we make all of our Tigernut products au natural with no artificial ingredients.

As such, our tigernuts are organic, non-gmo, sustainably sourced and bought at a fair price from Valencian farmers, so no nasties from start to finish, just a belly full of goodness.
